Smoothie Bowl

Craving something cold and yummy but without the extra added sugars? Give this smoothie bowl a try!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

2 bananas, frozen and slightly thawed

1 cup frozen blueberries

Fresh blueberries (handful)

Fresh raspberries (handful)

2 cups almondmilk (unsweetened, non-flavored)

1 tsp cinnamon

Handful of granola/nuts (walnuts, almonds)

Handful of 70% dark chocolate chips

In a blender, combine almondmilk, frozen bananas and frozen blueberries. Continue to blend and pulse until desired texture and pour into a bowl. Add toppings (suggested amounts and toppings up above).
